In the war Elizabeth didn’t need to do the fitness training and could go home every night. She wanted to stay and do more but wasn’t allowed
Elizabeth married Philip at the age of 21 (he was 26)
The Queen traveled all over the world. In these pictures we see her in California, Canada, India, China
She was a perfect example of SOFT POWER. She improved relationships with many countries.

In interviews the Queen said 1993 was her “horrible year” because there was a fire at Windsor Castle and 3 of her children got divorced.
Due to negative media coverage, the public didn’t want to pay for repairs to the palace so they decided to open Buckingham Palace to tourists in 1993 to pay for the repairs. You can only go inside in the summer
